We begin with a free 35-minute Discovery Consultation to understand the client's experience, business objectives, challenges and expectations.
MENTORSHIP PLANNING
We identify areas of focus and agree on a practical mentorship structure suited to the client's circumstances.
GUIDANCE AND DEVELOPMENT
Through scheduled coaching sessions, discussion and practical planning, we help clients address challenges, strengthen capabilities and implement improvements.
CONTINUING SUPPORT
Clients may continue receiving structured mentorship and guidance through an ongoing professional engagement. Mentorship frequency, duration, deliverables and fees are established in the client agreement.

Specific program details, meeting frequency and pricing are determined during consultation and confirmed in writing.

OUR RELATIONSHIP DOESN'T HAVE TO END AT LAUNCH.
GURU offers continuing mentorship to clients who have engaged us to create or acquire a business. Our goal is to help new owners transition into management, develop their knowledge, strengthen operational capabilities and pursue sustainable growth.
Ongoing mentorship is available as a separate professional engagement and is not automatically included in every package.
GURU Business Canada provides business creation, acquisition support, business development, operational services and mentorship. Where a client project requires regulated legal, immigration, accounting, financial, brokerage or other professional services, GURU may assist in coordinating access to appropriately qualified independent professionals through its professional network. These professionals provide their services independently and remain responsible for their own professional advice and work. Separate engagement agreements and professional fees may apply. Mentorship services are not an unlimited or automatically included lifetime commitment.
